Yarn For The Crochet Beach Wrap

To make this crochet cover up you are going to yarn weight 2 fine yarn or sport yarn.

The crocheted sample is made in Denim Breeze from Hobbii Yarns, but you can easily substitute the yarn to any yarn you have available.

The crochet beach wrap will look amazing using bamboo yarn, cotton yarn and even acrylic yarn.

You may get away with swapping to other yarn thicknesses, like fingering weight yarn, dk weight yarn, worsted weight yarn or even bulky weight yarn. Make sure to adjust the number of stitches you have for the width and work as many rows as you need for the length.

How Long Does It Take To Crochet That?

How long it takes to crochet something varies depending on your skill & how fast you crochet. But that isnโ€™t a helpful answer is it?

Well, Iโ€™ve developed a yarn calculator to help you get the answer to this question.

It will help you calculate exactly how much time youโ€™ll spend crocheting a project.

All you need to know is how much yarn you will use on the project in either meters, yards or skeins. Then crochet your test square & time it.
