Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Joy of Motion Crochet.
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Joy of Motion Crochet.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product link is sent. This is due to the nature of a digital product (i.e. crochet patterns, digital courses), that once received/downloaded, you simply can’t return the product.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Because our physical products are “Print to Order” we do not issue refunds after the order is confirmed.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not refund prepaid memberships. Please make sure that you do, indeed want the membership before purchasing. But if we don’t deliver within reasonable time what’s promised above, a refund will be given. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests and ask that you do not purchase a Joy of Motion Crochet Membership with the intention to ask for a refund. The reason we have a strict refund policy is because we know we have an amazing membership.
