How To Crochet The Water Bottle Holder

This crochet water bottle holder is worked from the bottom up using cotton yarn.

The first step is to crochet the base, which is made up of single crochet stitches in a flat circle. This is the point where you can adjust the size to different size water bottles, by adjusting how many rounds you crochet.

Next it’s time to crochet the main part which is made up of the lace star flower crochet stitch. This stitch make any plastic water bottles look pretty, and also stretches easily to fit your water bottle.

Finally it’s time to crochet the strap back and forth in rows with single crochet stitches. Then you’ll attach the end of the strap to the other side of the crochet bottle holder using whip stitches and a tapestry needle.

How Long Does It Take To Crochet That?

How long it takes to crochet something varies depending on your skill & how fast you crochet. But that isn’t a helpful answer is it?

Well, I’ve developed a yarn calculator to help you get the answer to this question.

It will help you calculate exactly how much time you’ll spend crocheting a project.

All you need to know is how much yarn you will use on the project in either meters, yards or skeins. Then crochet your test square & time it.

Calculate how long it takes to crochet that.
