To make the crochet pullover sweater pattern I used a Norwegian yarn called Peer Gynt. It’s a 100 % wool yarn & it offers lots of warmth.
However I also suggest using a yarn called Homestead by Plymouth Yarn for this sweater. It’s a similar yarn & will work well.

When working with different colors on different rows, you’ll never finish the last stitch on the last row with one color, with the color you where working with. Do all the steps of the stitch, then leave the last step unworked. Yarn over with the color for the next st & pull yarn through.
Repeat this for every row you change colors to make the color changes look beautiful.
