The Crochet Flower Pillow Cover Pattern is a great crochet pattern to decorate your home. It works up quickly with a large crochet hook and thick yarn.

Because of the gaps in the stitch pattern, it is recommended to use a insert pillow with a cream or white pillow cover before you add the crocheted pillow cover to the outside.

The stitches aren’t too difficult with a 2 row stitch pattern repeat.

How To Crochet The Crochet Flower Pillow Cover

The Crochet Flower Pillow Cover pattern is worked back and forth in row, until you have crocheted a rectangle.

The rectangle is then folded double to create a square, that is then seamed together with whip stitches on each end.

The stitch pattern features puff stitches, chains and double crochet stitches.

Yarn For The Crochet Flower Pillow Cover

The yarn used for the Flower Crochet Pillow Cover is a thick cotton yarn, but you can easily use any bulky weight yarn you have.

It doesn’t require a lot of crochet yarn to finish this pillow cover, because of the lace stitch details.

Pick the yarn colors that works well with your home.

It looks like a lovely stitch pattern motif that could easily remind you of your granny.

How Long Does It Take To Crochet That?

How long it takes to crochet something varies depending on your skill & how fast you crochet. But that isn’t a helpful answer is it?

Well, I’ve developed a yarn calculator to help you get the answer to this question.

It will help you calculate exactly how much time you’ll spend crocheting a project.

All you need to know is how much yarn you will use on the project in either meters, yardage or skeins. Then crochet your test square & time it.

Calculate how long it takes to crochet that.
