The V Stitch Crochet Tutorial is an amazing detailed step by step tutorial for the classic v-stitch. 

This crochet stitch is a great beginner friendly stitch combination. The stitch combination creates a beautiful v-stitch pattern, where the stitches creates a v shape.

The V stitch crochet is great for patterns where you want simple eyelets, such as some garments, summer afghans, scarves, shawls, baby blankets and more.

The Textured Single Crochet is one of my absolute favorite alterations of the single crochet stitch. 

It gives texture without making things complex.

Personally I also feel I get into a flow when using this stitch, which makes it relaxing.
