The Crochet Christmas Garland is an amazing crochet pattern for the Holidays. It’s a great Christmas crochet idea for any scrap yarn you have laying around.

The crochet Christmas bunting itself features tiny crochet presents, that you can make as many of as you’d like and then attach them together with a crocheted string.

Those tiny Christmas gifts you crochet can also be turned into crochet ornaments to hang on your Christmas tree.

The Yarn

To crochet the Crochet Christmas Garland you can use any yarn you’d like.

Maybe you have some holiday colored scrap yarn laying around?

The featured yarn on the gift itself is a 4 medium / aran or worsted weight yarn. But you could also use any yarn weight you have.

The ties on the small Christmas presents are crocheted with thread, as well as the string for the garland itself.

Pick a few different colors to create this crochet Christmas Garland.

A suggestion is to use Lion Brand Yarn Kitchen Cotton.

How Long Does It Take To Crochet That?

How long it takes to crochet something varies depending on your skill & how fast you crochet. But that isn’t a helpful answer is it?

Well, I’ve developed a yarn calculator to help you get the answer to this question.

It will help you calculate exactly how much time you’ll spend crocheting a project.

All you need to know is how much yarn you will use on the project in either meters, yards or skeins. Then crochet your test square & time it.

Calculate how long it takes to crochet that.
