How Your Patterns Get Into Your Account
Everything is tied to your email address: Use the email you bought with.
- 1Buy in the Shop, a Bundle or the Membership Your account is made for you, with what you bought in it, and you get an email to set your password.
- 2Your Older Orders Come Along Patterns you bought earlier in the shop, your bundles, and your Ravelry patterns bought with the same email are found and added too.
- 3Bought on Ravelry Later A Ravelry pattern bought after your account was made is added with the invoice number and your email.
- 4Bought on Etsy Add it with the order number from your Etsy receipt and your email.
- 5Only Bought on Etsy or Ravelry Adding the order number makes your account, and we email you the link to set your password.

Do I need an account to use the free patterns?
No. The free patterns stay free, and so does the size filter on them.
Which email should I use?
The one you bought with. Everything is tied to your email address, so what you bought with a different email belongs to a different account.
I forgot my password.
Choose "Forgot password?" under the log in, and you get a new link by email.
Can I use it on my phone and my computer?
Yes. Log in on each, and your patterns are there.
