The Granny  Square Shawl  Crochet Pattern

Crocheting a granny square shawl is a great way to use crocheted granny shawls. In this pattern you use the flat slip stitch join to assemble them.

For this crochet pattern you will use Ferris Wheel Granny Square. But you can also swap for the classic granny square!

You Will need

Step 1

Gather materials and test gauge.  Grab your crochet hook and yarn to start crocheting this granny square shawl. Test gauge by crocheting a granny square.

Step 2

Crochet all the granny squares.  The first step is to crochet all the granny squares. Both full squares and half squares.

Step 3

Flat slip stitch join. Then join the granny squares together using the flat slip stitch join technique.  Work them together one row at a time.

Step 4

Finish & weave in ends.  To finish your crochet granny square shawl, weave inn all yarn tails. Then make 3 tassels and attach in each corner.
